Adalize collects, stores or processes data only for the exercise of its own business purposes and for the performance of contracts in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1b DSGVO.

In principle, our websites are available to all users without collecting personal data.

Insofar as personal data is collected and processed by Adalize, the storage and processing takes place on systems of use-media - Hamerweg 172, 41068 Mönchengladbach, support@use-media.de or on systems of service providers integrated in accordance with data protection regulations within Europe and, to the extent permitted by law, also outside Europe.

Each time content from agenturwesen.de is accessed, data is temporarily stored in the form of cookies that may allow identification. The following data is collected in this process: - Date and time of access - IP address - Host name of the accessing computer - Website from which the website was accessed - Websites accessed via the website - Page visited on our website - Message as to whether the access was successful - Amount of data transferred - Information about the browser type and version used - Operating system.

The temporary storage of this data is necessary for the course of a website visit in order to enable the delivery of the website. Further storage in log files takes place in order to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of the information technology systems. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes.

You can obtain ѯInformation (Art. 15 DS-GVO ) about the data stored about you at any time. In addition, under the legally defined conditions (Art.17-21 DSGVO), you have a right to ѭDeletion and Information of your data, to Ѷrestriction of processing or to ѿdata portability of provided data. If data processing is based on a legitimate interest of Adalize, you may object to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Adalize will then only further process your personal data if there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for doing so which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

When you visit our websites, we collect data on each access to the server on which this service is located on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 (1f) DSGVO. The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the website visited before, IP address and the requesting provider). 

Adalize also has a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1f) DSGVO in analyzing your usage behavior in a pseudonymized form in order to determine the right content needs and improve our services. Adalize does not use any third-party service for this purpose, but only evaluates the corresponding server data. The IP address is automatically masked for this purpose. We cannot identify you personally through this usage analysis. Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to clarify abuse or fraud) for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is necessary for evidentiary purposes will remain stored until the final clarification of the respective incident.

Server log files (IP address, name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, status of the retrieval (successful / unsuccessful), browser type and operating system of the end device as well as URL of the previously accessed page (so-called "referrer URL")) are processed for each page request. This processing is absolutely necessary to ensure the establishment of the connection and the smooth use of our websites and is based on Art. 6 para.1b) DSGVO. This information is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website, in this regard there is no possibility for the user to object.

The data is also processed for evaluations of system security and stability and, if there is a specific reason, also for the clarification of legal violations (e.g. for the clarification of acts of abuse or fraud) due to an overriding legitimate interest in improving stability and functionality as well as clarification in accordance with Art. 6 para.1f) DSGVO. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes will remain stored until the final clarification of the respective incident.

Our website uses so-called "cookies". These are small text files that are stored on your computer and in which information for recognition is documented. This does not allow us to identify you as a person. We use cookies exclusively to improve our website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f DS-GVO. Currently, we only use session cookies. These are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. 

If you have expressly consented in advance to the setting of further cookies (e.g. for range analysis or for advertising purposes), this is done on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO. You can revoke any consent granted with effect for the future via our ͳ Consent-Bar.

If you use a service to enter data (e.g. contact form, login to the CMS), you will be prompted to enter certain displayed characters in order to detect and prevent misuse of the services by machines. The captchas are generated and verified on the servers of Adalize. No data is transmitted to third parties in this process.

When registering for a Adalize newsletter, the master and contact data you enter will be used exclusively for the purpose of using the respective newsletter service. The data that is entered in the respective registration mask during registration is collected. Only your e-mail address is required for the delivery of the respective newsletter, all other information you provide voluntarily. 

You can revoke your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DSGVO to the storage of your data and use for newsletter delivery by Adalize at any time for the future. You will find a corresponding link in each newsletter. Your data will remain stored by Adalize until you revoke your consent.

If you contact us via the contact form, we store title, first name, last name, your contact details (e-mail address and telephone number, if applicable) and the content of the message.  We use this data exclusively to process your inquiry and to communicate with you regarding your request. The processing is necessary for this and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO. Data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted 1 year after processing your request. If there is a contractual relationship, we delete the data after the statutory retention period (six or 10 years).

For the operation of our LinkedIn career page, Adalize and LinkedIn are jointly responsible under data protection law. Adalize uses the LinkedIn platform to promote our company and our quality as an employer and to make it easier for you to contact us. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland) is responsible for the operation of the LinkedIn platform.

Processing of personal data by LinkedIn
When you visit our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn collects, among other things, your IP address and other information that is present on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used, among other things, to provide us as the operator of the LinkedIn page of Adalize with statistical information about the use of the page. If you visit our LinkedIn page and are logged into your LinkedIn account at the same time, LinkedIn can directly assign the visit to our LinkedIn page to your LinkedIn account.

We expressly point out that LinkedIn stores this data (e.g. personal information, IP address, etc.) and uses it for its own purposes. Adalize has no influence on the data processing by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is solely responsible for this under data protection law.

Processing of personal data by Adalize
Adalize is responsible for data protection when you contact us via our LinkedIn page. We use this data solely for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO applies; possibly in conjunction with § 26 BDSG as the legal basis. Your data will be deleted at Adalize after processing has been completed, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain data.

Personal data will be disclosed by Adalize to third parties under the following conditions: 

• To fulfill the purpose of the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO to affiliated companies. Adalize will disclose personal and non-personal data to its affiliates only if and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. The term "affiliates" refers to companies that may bear the name "Adalize" or are under common ownership or control;
  
  
• To service providers integrated on the basis of Art. 28 DS-GVO in a data protection compliant manner, which Adalize can commission for the provision of services.

Under special circumstances, we transfer personal data to additional parties, 

• if this becomes necessary due to court orders or other orders from governmental or law enforcement authorities in order to fulfill legal requirements (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO);
  
  
• in connection with a group event, such as a merger, transfer, restructuring or sale of all or part of the business of Adalize, on the occasion of which Adalize is required to disclose information to a potential buyer and its professional advisors (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO),
  
  
• to enforce our contractual rights, take precautions against liability, investigate suspected or actual unlawful activities, or defend ourselves against claims or allegations by third parties (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO) 
  
  
• to protect the rights, personal safety or property of our customers or the public (Art. 6 para. 1 b, c, f DSGVO).

Some service providers we use are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in your country.

However, Adalize only transfers data to those countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection. Alternatively, Adalize takes measures required by data protection law to ensure that all recipients achieve an adequate level of data protection. To this end, Adalize enters into data protection agreements using EU standard clauses. 

Your personal data is transferred via web page forms to Adalize servers over the Internet. The transmission is protected.

Adalize uses the SSL/TLS transport protocol for this purpose. Email notifications sent from our servers are sent using STARTTLS encryption. Your data is thus adequately protected from unauthorized access during transport.

As a user, you are obligated to treat personal access data, which may be provided to you for the use of individual offers of Agenturwesen, confidentially and not to make it accessible to third parties. Agenturwesen accepts no liability for misused passwords, insofar as we are not responsible for the misuse.

Agenturwesen has taken technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with European and German data protection laws. All persons who collect, process or use data at Agenturwesen are obligated to maintain confidentiality. This obligation continues even after their employment with Agenturwesen has ended. In addition, banking secrecy and special confidentiality obligations also apply to certain areas.

When logging into the administration area of our software solutions, we collect and process the following data:

Data: Login, date, time, action
Purpose: Granting of access incl. authentication, correction of errors, establishment of error-free system operation, proof of a data change.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO
Storage period: The data is stored in the event log from the arming day without any time restriction.

The functionality of our software is monitored by us. Problems that occur in the software are automatically sent to use-media and processed immediately.

Data: script, time, script file, line on which the error occurred, error name from the PHP index.
Purpose: correction of errors, establishment of error-free system operation
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO
Storage period: The emails are permanently deleted directly after correction.
